Clean and big rooms.Delicious breakfast and good internet connection all around the hotel. Good location, in a quiet street next to a shopping mall. The stuff is polite and very welcoming.
It is a great hotel. It has very large rooms which are clean and tidy. The soundproof featured rooms makes it the first 3 star hotel I have been in. It has a safe where you can store your valuables. The breakfast is good and plentiful however not so varied. The parking space is not large but you can park on the street near the hotel. I will definitely come back in the future.
Highly recommend. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy (and have 24/7 access to coffee from the hotel dining room!). This hotel is lovely. Very clean and has an elevator for easy access to your room. The water pressure in the shower is great and there is lots of hot water for your bath. The room window opens which was so nice compared to other hotels as could get fresh air. The hotel is a 20min walk to the train station (or a fast Uber ride) and is a 3min walk to a very large shopping mall with a supermarket, great food outlets and many shopping options. The breakfast here at the hotel is delicious and very large! Enjoy 😁
Really surprised how great this hotel was. The staff at check in was friendly. The room we had was huge, it was so quiet I had the best sleep! I wished we stayed here more than 1 night. They provided mini toiletries. Compared to a few other 3 star hotels I've stayed at in Romania this one felt like a 4 star! The lady at breakfast was very nice. Food was OK, not much variety but the lady kept apologising and offerred to make extra food especially for us. Also, for parking there are a few spaces available at the front of the hotel, bit small but it's a small hotel so it works.
We stayed one night in Citrin hotel. It offered us large and clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was good too. The stuff was helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was that at the reception and in the breakfast room was a little bit cold because of the revolving door, but this wasn't a big problem when you are dressed well and warmly.
We are definitely satisfied with our experience here. The room feels spacious and is clean. The bathroom is also a nice size for a hotel room. The bathtub is higher off the ground so it's a longer step up / down so be careful when you are getting in and out. The breakfast is also good. They offer a few hot foods (eggs, bacon/ham?, and sausage) and lots of cold items (cheese, cucumbers, breads, pastries, cereal, etc). We took bus 32 from the train station to get here and since there is construction on the block next to the hotel, you either have to walk all the way around or go between two if then tall tan buildings where there is a fountain and go straight up that street.
It is the first time I am in a 3 star hotel that deserves to be a 4 star one. Very clean, excellent staff, very good breakfast, big rooms with very large beds and very quiet. At last but but not least, good prices. When in Brasov again, I'll be back for sure.
I loved this place! Cosy, clean, the rooms are very big, it has an elevator even if the building is only 2 stores high, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast was also delicious. I will come back here soon! The only thing that I would change is allowing children in.
